What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact work to a diverse portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses. You’ll:
- Manage tax compliance, BAS, financial reporting, and advisory services
- Work directly with clients to provide practical, forward-thinking advice
- Review work and mentor junior team members
- Collaborate with our leadership team to refine processes and elevate service
- Leverage cloud technology to improve efficiency and accuracy
What We’re Looking For
You’re a standout candidate if you:
- Have 4+ years of experience in public practice
- Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Are confident with Xero and other cloud-based tools
- Thrive on ownership and are naturally proactive
- Love collaborating with others but can lead when needed
- Have deep technical knowledge and a passion for client success
